It's a light-thermal, breathable layer — not a windproof shell. It takes the edge off cool air while venting effort; for deep cold, layer it over the Thermal LS.
What temperatures is it made for?

What should I wear it with?
Over any SOC jersey. It stows small enough to live in a pocket the rest of the ride.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, zips closed. No bleach, tumble dry, iron, or softener. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
