Shipping Rates

UAE: Free shipping on all orders above AED 1,000. Orders below AED 1,000 ship at a flat AED 35.

International: International orders ship at a flat rate by region, shown at checkout:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched from Dubai. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your location. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — factors such as courier availability, customs processing, and local conditions can affect them. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours. Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; Society of Cyclist reserves the right to accept or decline any order, and we may require additional verification before accepting an order.

Responsibilities

Society of Cyclist is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, last-mile delivery partners, or governmental agencies such as customs authorities. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If a delivery issue arises, we will do our best to help you resolve it — contact us and we'll take it from there.
